Mihkel Õim is responsible for strategic management and day-to-day operations of the company. Starting in financial industry in 1993 with setting up research for Estonian Raebank, Mihkel joined Talinvest Asset Management in 1997 as a fund manager, followed by Hansa Investment Funds 1999 as a CEO. During the next decade Mihkel built up the biggest fund management company in the Baltics, highly successful in active equity management in CEE and DC pension funds. He has served as a chairman of Estonian Fund Managers Association. Mihkel holds a degree in Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology.

Alvar Roosimaa is responsible for company’s overall investment policy and the management of LimeStone EE Opportunities Fund. Working in equity markets from 1996 as equities trader and portfolio manager, Alvar joined Suprema Fund Management in 2000 as a fund manager. In 2003 Alvar started in Hansa Investment Funds where he initiated the set up of CEE investment management team and a fund portfolio including the Morningstar 5* rated Hansa Eastern Europe Equity Fund. He was nominated the Fund Manager of The Year in Estonia in 2005 and 2006. Alvar has a MSc in Finance degree from London Business School.

Paavo Põld is responsible for business development.  Paavo started his career in Eastern European capital markets in 1997 as a research analyst in Suprema Securities, where he was also awarded the Euromoney Best Analyst of the Year award. After being at the launch of Suprema Fund Management as a CEO, Paavo joined Hansa Investment Funds in 2001 as a fund manager and later headed the investment products distribution for Hansabank and served as CEO of Hansa Life Insurance. From 2006 he built up a highly successful international distribution team for Hansa Investment Funds. Paavo has a MSc in Business Administration degree from Tallinn University of Technology.

Rein Ojavere is responsible for heading the research process. Rein started as an equity analyst in Suprema Securities in 1997 and moved later to corporate finance, where he worked as a Director until 2006, participating in a number of landmark M&A transactions, privatization deals and public offerings in the Baltic region. In 2006 Rein joined Hansa Investment Funds to overhaul equity research process and took over the management of Hansa Central Asia Equity Fund. Rein is a CFA Charterholder and has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration degree from University of Tartu.

Matis Tomiste acts as the risk manager as well as the head of IT for the Limestone Investment Management. From 1999-2001 he worked as a senior economist in Bank of Estonia. In 2001 he joined Hansabank's capital markets arm Hansabank Markets, where he worked as Financial Markets IT analyst before taking the position of IT manager in 2002. From 2003 to 2005 Matis Tomiste was heading the financial markets product development for the entire Hansabank Group. Before cofounding Limestone Investment Management, Matis worked for Hansa Investment funds as Risk Engineer and Risk Manager. Matis Tomiste holds a BBA degree in finance from Estonian Business School.
